Weekly. The way this will function is for members to submit their questions, scenarios, and projects via a form so we can best answer them 1x a week. We ar doing this to omake sure we have tthe best experience for you without comitting to too much of a time--consuming format. Easy maintenance for us, stellar application for you.
We are covering everything from terminology, zoning information, and what to do in the scenarios of red tape, NIMBY, and material make up because they ALL matter equally.
Naturally, we do when we are on a project, but we will be covering some of the foundational items you need to have in alignment prior to submitting items to them for your project. There is no "one size fits all" when working in municipalities, so something hyper-specific is when we nudge you into working on projects with you because there are many variables to consider. This is a membership, not a hands-on mentorship, just to be very clear.

Abso-freaking-lutely because depending on many things will determine approvals or denials with your lending company. It could boil down to the simple use of terms which could have been interchanged out for something meaning the same but better put.
This is an area very near and dear to my heart because i am the product of a good program, better yet, and a good man who was called and didn't view his position as a paycheck. Zooming out, it's equally important to work with those developing these types of projects with a calling instead of cashing in as their goal. Great question and it is something that needs to be addressed before you make your first purchase. There will be situations and scenarios for that will and always arise. If time permits, we will do what we can in a 10-min interval to address the situation or address it on another call, but we will most certainly tell you what needs to be uncovered and some directions in the group calls.
